Join NYIC at Tonight's Unity Rally and Saturday's Women's March

Dear Friend,

Today marks one day before the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump. It is critical that we show the new administration that our communities will not sit silently while they continue to make threats towards immigrants communities and threats towards our civil liberties.

With the long fight for justice on our minds, we call on you to join the New York Immigration Coalition at the following actions today and this weekend:

  • We Stand United RallyTODAY from 6pm - 8pm at Trump International Hotel at Columbus Circle on 61st St in Manhattan. Join Mayor Bill de Blasio and the people of New York City to send Donald Trump off to Washington D.C with the clear message that we're going to protect the values that make our New York great.
  • The Women's March in Washington D.C; NYIC is an official sponsor of the Women's March in D.C. We believe that it is critical to stand together in solidarity with our partners for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health, and our families - recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country. Location/Time: Saturday, January 21st at 10AM at Independence Avenue and SW Third Street. Read the principles of the Women's March HERE.
  • The Women's March in New York City; If you can't make it to Washington D.C, we'll also be at the New York City March. Location/Time: Saturday, January 21st at 10:45AM at One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza in Manhattan
  •

We're in this for the long haul. Please also consider donating to us so that we can continue to protect and defend our immigrant communities.

Thank You for Standing With Us,

The Staff @ NYIC
