Catholic Charities Community Services of the Archdiocese of New York (Attorneys on Staff)
Services Provided – Special intake day every Wednesday (through November 15, 2011) for Haitians interested in applying for TPS from 3pm-5pm at our Manhattan office. Until we can coordinate with volunteer translators, applicants should come with a translator if they speak neither English nor French. We will provide consultations on eligibility and assistance with TPS filings to those who are eligible. We will also provide assistance with fee waiver requests.

Church World Service (CWS) (Attorneys on Staff)
Church World Service Immigration and Refugee Program requires a consultation to determine eligibility and will then schedule a follow-up to complete the TPS application. CWS will not accept walk-ins, but interested individuals should make an appointment.
Intake will be on Wednesdays by appointment only.
Location: 475 Riverside Dr. Suite 700, New York, NY 10115-0050. Take the 1 train to 116th Street. When you exit the subway, walk east on 116th Street. The next street you should come to is Claremont Street and then Riverside Drive. Take a right onto Riverside Drive and walk north until you reach 475 Riverside Drive. When you enter the building make sure you alert the security guard that you have an appointment with Church World Services.
